So I survived Recognition :) Awesome time, really. It went very well... I pretty much died but it was good. It was a great time, overall. I'm very pleased with myself...

I'm in Lubbock, TX now competing at the National Parlimentary Debate Association Nationals. It's going to be an interesting time and I'm kinda nervous but it'll be good overall.

And I wanted a change.
So I chopped all my hair off.
Fun times, right?

Recognition

So, recognition is in two days. I'm massively nervous but I'm sure I'll do well. It'll suck...but yeah. Then I'll be recognized and done. :)

Annnnyway, life continues.
Chemistry class coming up.

So I *need* to go to more training sessions or I will die come recognition haha... yeah, I'm way out of shape.

Although it might have something to do with the amount of candy/chocolate I ate today - probably shouldn't've done that...

NCLS is going well...kinda boring... I fell asleep (sort of) in a briefing thing...so yeah. But another one was awesome and it was absolutely incredible!! :)

Christmas

So, Tennessee was amazing. It was like...the best time ever and Derek was really great about my being there. His family was super friendly and I really felt welcome. :) Plus, the concert was phenomenal!! Trans-Siberian Orchestra is quite amazing - I might just have to buy some of their soundtracks hahaha!

Being home has been lovely but it's kinda weird cause my grandparents are here so I kind of have to be on my best behaviour and can't really relax much. It very much sucks. But, I'll be back at USAFA soon enough, I suppose.

Going home for Thanksgiving in four days!
